Biography:
Blacklisted 101 are a punk band from Cardiff who plan to put the passion back into punk rock. Originally forming as a side project to various other bands the members were in, the band found that they gelled so coheisevly together that they decided to turn their attention to Blacklisted 101 and take the idea of the band more seriously. Since then, they have played a number of live shows around South Wales and have recorded a 4-track demo. With influences hinting at bands such as Rancid, One Man Army and Pinhead Gunpowder, the band's high-energy and aggressive, yet melodic sound coupled with their lyrics about their everyday lives and experiences is refreshing, inspiring and motivational, displaying a sense of truth and honesty that seems all too rare in today's music world.
